Return and Refund Policy

At Windborne Apparel, we want you to love your order. However, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refunds and Replacements

If there’s a problem with your order:

1. Email us at windbornebrand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include photos of the issue and your order number.

3. If verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom, print-on-demand products (all items are custom made).

Shipping Issues

If your order doesn’t arrive or is lost in transit, contact us — we’ll work with our manufacturer to resolve the issue.
